Delivery of Brown Goods

All brown goods delivered outside of local area will be sent via Frenni on a pallet. This is a 3 to 7 days working day service. The pallet will be brought as close the address as possible, but please note that the pallet trucks cannot go over grass, steps, gravel or any other loose material, and is your responsibility to get the product into your property.

We offer free delivery (Installation Chargeable) to the Following Post Codes

SA / SY20 / SY23 / SY24 / SY25 on all orders over £150.

We will arrange a convenient delivery day and time with you. Our Delivery / Installation Engineers will deliver your appliance, install it, remove all packaging and offer a demonstration of the main features. For an additional fee we can also remove your old appliance for recycling.

Free delivery only available to addresses in Wales;

We reserve the right to refuse installation should our engineers consider the existing electrical or plumbing points unsafe or in need of maintenance and or improvement.

Our free next working day delivery service is subject to product availability. Providing the product is in stock we will always try and accommodate next day delivery. If the product needs to be ordered this service will not be available. This service is subject to availability however, we reserve the right to refuse this service should all of our delivery slots become full.

White goods installation service excludes all gas and dual fuel appliances. Should this be the case then we can recommend a third-party gas safe engineer to connect gas appliance. This will be at the customer's expense and we will not accept any liability for their work.

Our free next working day delivery service applies to the businesses trading days only.

Delivery ‘Connected' Products

Our free delivery excludes laptops, computers and other IT products that require in depth configuration and set up of 3rd party accounts and software. We will deliver these items free of charge within wales, however setup and installation will not be provided.

Installation Service includes ‘connected' products such as wireless audio systems, Smart TVs and other appliances that have features that work when connected to the internet providing, we are supplied with the correct access codes and passwords and will be charged at £40.00.

Installation of ‘connected' products only includes linking the product to an existing network to ensure the product is connected and working correctly;

If there are issues with the wireless network or there is no wireless network already installed our installation service does not include:

Installing and setting up a wireless network;

Configuring routers or accessing computers to rectify connectivity issues;

Our Free Delivery service does not include creating, setting up or linking 3rd party accounts and software to devices or products.

Product Maintenance - The Customers' Responsibility

With every product purchased we will always do our utmost to advise you how to get the maximum performance from your product, and provide support when things go wrong;

However, as the purchaser you have a responsibility to commit to understanding your new product, perform required updates and carryout any routine maintenance or cleaning to the product as detailed in the product manual.

But we are unable to regularly service your product on your behalf or perform tasks which fall into the category of "general usage and maintenance" of the product, free of charge.
