We pride ourselves in having fantastic telephone support so if you have any questions about an item purchased from us, even if you’ve forgotten or don’t know how to use it, please ring us and if we can we’ll talk you through it over the phone, or if you prefer, you can call in for a demonstration. We’ll be happy to teach you how to use your item.
As well as our fantastic telephone support, excellent sales and Professional installation teams, we have several workshops including Panasonic authorised repair centres with highly skilled engineers, so in- house repairs are no problem at all, and are somewhat of a speciality. If there is a fault with your Purchase, whether it’s TV’s, DVD’s, Home theatre, washing machines and many more, we can call out to you*, inspect the machine, attempt to resolve the issue on site or take it back to one of our workshops for a repair* in a timely and professional manner.
All our staff are trained to a very high standard and are willing to help in any way we can.
